Hey there! I just installed this PC using those components (link provided) and everything is running smoothly. I’ve been testing the scenarios in Dragon Center and usually stick to the balanced setting since I don’t intend to overclock yet. Last night I opened up MSI Dragon Center, and my CPU frequency kept jumping between core speed (3.6) and boost clock (4.1). The fans were spiking every two minutes even though there was no stress. After turning it off at startup it stopped, but when I checked core speeds with CPU-Z it looks like it’s been underclocked to 2224.5 mHz. I’m curious—are the Dragon Center scenarios safe for long-term use? They seem to push CPU and system fans higher and might affect core performance. Did I do something wrong? Any advice would be great!

I’m not sure about the dragon center issue. AMD GPUs are known for adjusting their own clock speeds, but your system wouldn’t act differently unless there was a change, which would indicate something was happening. Understanding what altered things could be useful. It’s also conceivable that background processes were running, such as a mining Trojan affecting your GPU.
