Hello, I’m trying to adjust the settings of my AMD FX-9590 processor to match the performance levels of an AMD FX-8350. I’m just looking for guidance on how to do this and nothing else. I understand that the 9590 tends to consume a lot of power and isn’t very efficient. I don’t have the budget to replace all components, so I’m only asking for advice to improve my system until I can afford new parts. I generally avoid overclocking or underclocking computers, but I’ve heard about it. Mostly this machine works fine, though it occasionally freezes when playing ARK: Survival Evolved on a private server. This setup has been great for me since it’s my first build. I’m considering upgrading the cooling system and RAM, but those options are beyond my budget. I found some discussions online about achieving stable and cooler performance by underclocking the 9590 to match the 8350 specifications. I’ve attached some bios images for reference. Please help me out, and thank you very much.

Simple to do, just reduce the CPU multiplier slightly. It's not complicated, but lowering it a bit can help. If you keep it at auto, the voltage will decrease and the heat will increase. You might not need to lower it that much.
