I have a laptop with dual booting that functioned well until recently, when it suddenly stopped and Ubuntu failed to boot, landing in intramfs. I searched online for fixes but prefer not to rely on others' logs since they differ from mine. Can anyone assist with possible solutions? P.S. If this issue started after switching from an HDD to an SSD storage, that might be relevant.

Errors are increasing; it seems the transfer from HDD to SSD might have been interrupted. Have any other factors changed recently?

I’m completely confident everything functioned normally following the relocation, and I used it for a full week.

You can either transfer the data to a new drive or perform a complete reinstall. Edit: Are you aiming to boost performance further?

I moved it and reinstalling isn't an option since I've made many custom changes and added packages to that Ubuntu version.

No, the system did not stop functioning immediately after installing the packages.

It seems the device ceased functioning after running out of power and shutting down.

This situation seems unusual but may clarify a type of malfunction from failing to power off completely.
