Diagnostic tools can be useful. It’s also crucial to provide your post with complete system hardware details and operating system information.
PSU: type, model, power rating, age, condition (original, new, refurbished, used)?
Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, current usage?
Utilize Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer to detect error codes, warnings, or performance-related events.
Particularly useful if you notice any logs just before or during the blinking.
Further details are required.
= = ==
Nevertheless, the blinking might indicate a loose card or connector.
Turn off the device, unplug it, and open the case.
Remove dust and debris, then check that all components—cards, connectors, RAM, jumpers, and case connections—are securely positioned.
