You have a Steam account with 64 games. If you log in with another account on the same PC, it should show those games. However, since your old account was linked to a different GTA V account, you might not be able to sign in with another Steam account. Try linking your current account to the same GTA V profile, or contact Steam support for further help.

Sign in with your previous Steam login. If you submit a ticket describing how the account belongs to you, you should receive it back. Use the email associated with your account.

Family sharing is available but you'll need to purchase GTA V again because the Rockstar account is connected to the second Steam account.

Sharing family is essential here. The price is around $15 on G2A right now, though I’m not supporting purchasing these keys via the Rockstar installer.
