It's not a terrible offer overall, though. Building a functional system with separate graphics would be challenging, and navigating the European market would likely add extra costs in the U.S.

Even a poor offer isn't bad here in the states either. Typically, prices for models like the Rx 580, GTX 1060, or GTX 970/980 are around $200 and up.

It seems to be checking the power output from the PCIe slot, which can only deliver up to 75 watts. The RX 580 typically has a rating around 200 watts.
