I purchased an RX 580.

Checked online (axrx 580 8gbd5-dm) and it displays a powercolor mining edition that matches my model. (Only DVI)
However, the GPU program indicates the subvendor is MSI.

Could this be due to an MSI BIOS flash?
Also, the GPU max power consumption is 75W and it maintains the same FPS and score as shown on the Furmark website. Is this a positive or negative outcome? Should I replace the BIOS or keep it unchanged? If there’s no alternative BIOS that matches mine, what should I choose to switch to? I didn’t find another option.

You shouldn’t purchase used GPUs from that time period. Finding it as a minig card means it was heavily stressed. When the mining craze faded or when mining farms were raided by authorities, people changed the GPU’s VBIOS and sold it as a gaming GPU.
If you were in my shoes, I’d trade it in for a brand new one with warranty.

I'll allow others to guide you through the BIOS. I'm just curious about the missing screw for the heatsink. If you notice the card getting hot later, that could be a hint. For now, it's fine to point it out.

I think you are right. On the back of the gpu thhe sticker says axrx which if I google shows the powercolor card
What matters is that the afterburner doesn't exceed 75w, yet the watt meter indicates it's significantly higher.
