1.I have Reinstalled Windows 7 like 4 times on my computer. And yes it will delete everything if you dont back it up. If you have saved data in the cloud it will be good. Some games will some game wont. 2.You have to use the Windows 7 disc for reinstallation. 3/4.No you have to open up the bios menu and make sure it will start from the disc and not the hard drive look at your motherboard manual. 5. It should not harm your computer unless there is a virus on them. never really back up any programs so i would not really know.
