Hi, I've been enjoying WoW since 2009 and haven't explored much else. I'm looking for some suggestions. Prefer adventure or fantasy games with a big open world, collectibles, and progression. No shooters needed. I don't need online play. Inventory should be fun to manage. I've tried a few Assassin's Creed titles (Steam sale), RDR2 Cyberpunk (played but not great), Witcher 2 (played and liked), and Shadow of the Tomb Raider (played, enjoyed part of it). My PC is brand new and will have an RTX 4070 or better when it drops.

First off a quite out there suggestion. Have you tried dishonoured? It tiks all the boxes sort off. You do have a gun if you wish it's entirely optional and in my 32 playthroughs I've never actually used it except for when I wanted to do a couple achievements. Other popular ones would be of the top of my head: Witcher 3 Elden ring Legend of zelda breath of the wild For mmo: Guild wars 2 or final fantasy 14 are great. Guild wars 2 is a very pleasant game that is going to recieve it's final story in the next 2-3 years. So now is about as good a time as any to jump in as all the content is available and will easily keep you busy for a year + :p. Final fantasy 14 same story but that game still has many years to go.

Plague's Tale: Innocence. Great short adventure game. Just yesterday they've announced the release date for the next installment so Innoncence is 80% on sale. Great deal.

You enjoy fantasy titles like Elder Scrolls, especially Oblivion and Skyrim. Fallout: New Vegas Rise is considered a stronger game compared to Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
