i mean it's a stress test, which is a task a cpu will almost never face with casual use.

It's accurate. I'm considering saving up to buy an all-in-one cooling system to possibly lower temperatures. I'm also concerned there might be a CPU issue causing my temperatures to be higher compared to others.

You're in a room around 28–30°C. That accounts for some of the issue—cooler mounts or paste help. The rest is covered by the MSI board. Spend about $20 on a basic cooler and paste.
