I managed to increase the core clock on my 1070 to 2126 by adjusting the voltage, but reaching 2164 only works at full voltage. The memory capacity can reach up to 4353 with EVGA Precision. Are there any issues other than temperature concerns? My maximum temperature during overclocking is about 61°C, which I believe is quite low. This might be due to the fact that my graphics card is the Galaxy HOF version. Sorry if I came across as odd, but I'm still new to overclocking.

Yeah, it seems definitely not stable, have you run any tests?

_MasterG_:
probably not very stable, right? Have you run any tests? even at full voltage it still slows down.

Yeah, that's definitely not a stable setup, right? Have you run any tests? Even with maximum voltage, it still slows down. You mentioned this in another thread too.

Yep, definitely not stable, right? You should have done some tests?
Even when I crank the voltage up, it just slows down.
You already got that covered in your other thread.
Thanks a lot. That’s the best.
