Need help with NoObie and XMP? Let me assist you.
Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well today! I'm planning to boost my RAM because I've been told my current speed is too slow for the CPU I have. I've seen videos about activating the XMP profile, but before I start, I just want to double-check I haven't missed anything—it's pretty straightforward, just enter BIOS and turn on XMP. Right now, my RAM runs at 2400Mhz, which is quite slow compared to what my CPU can handle. They suggested enabling XMP to improve performance. Should I just switch it on in BIOS or do I need to adjust the voltage or change CPU settings as well? I'm not really aiming for an overclock, just want to use XMP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
