I possess a detailed walkthrough for building a relational database with reports. The manual mentions clicking a control padding button, but it appears grayed out and inaccessible. Since the guide is tailored for Access 2010, I understand you're using Access 2013 instead. Let me clarify the steps so you can proceed smoothly.

I'm unsure which option to choose. I've attempted picking items one by one and all selections, yet it's not functioning. The 'control margins' button shows up, but not 'control padding'.

It's strange. Consider checking out this site: http://dba.stackexchange.com/ There are lots of knowledgeable folks there, so give it a shot.
