Hey there! How are you all doing today? I have a query about making an image from Windows 7. I own a Samsung laptop with what seems to be a recovery partition, and I’m planning a clean install for the upcoming Windows 10 update. I’m curious about creating a backup image after wiping my PC just in case there are issues during the reformat. Do you know the best tool for making a custom image? Is there a built-in program in Windows 7 for this purpose? Also, does Windows 7 come with its own backup or ISO creation utility? You can find more details about your laptop here: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Series-NP7...B006MX0WHU

Press Win+R then type "control.exe /name Microsoft.BackupAndRestore" or choose a third-party tool like Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image. Note that both need a paid license.

Luckily there's an easy and free piece of software that'll do that for you, AOMEI Backupper . It's basically just a one click GUI for either backing up a partition or whole disk.
