Creating a system image backup saves your current setup, including programs, updates, and settings. Restoring from it will recreate your system exactly as it was before the reinstall, but not all data may be perfectly preserved—especially if files are corrupted or changes occurred during the Windows reinstall.
Close match. The picture should resemble the original when it was created. It will only store items from your Windows directories, not everything on the hard drive. So you'll have to back up personal files separately if they're not in User folders. Making a clone would produce an exact duplicate.
