Hello everyone. My computer now displays a black screen unexpectedly, though it only occurs a few times every five minutes. I suspect the issue is worsening. It appears when I watch YouTube or have many windows open. I resolve it by pressing Ctrl/Alt/Del and the screen restarts, indicating it's not hardware-related. I'm leaning toward a driver problem since everything seems up to date. My system was created in 2020. Specs: 5800x6700, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1080p display.

Go back to a previous driver update. Occasionally this would occur.

Recent updates to AMD chipset drivers resolve these problems. It's not the graphics driver that needs fixing.

The last time you cleaned your PC was six months ago. Check your temperatures then. The newest driver isn’t the best match and isn’t required—you’re dealing with someone who wants a custom fix instead of updating their own software.

Cleaning your PC or temp files can resolve software problems by removing corrupted data or conflicts.

All right, handle everything. I mentioned the driver problems already, now focus on the simpler part. Temperatures can be controlled using the fans—set them to full speed at 60°C.
