Asus typically combines BIOS updates with Intel ME upgrades. If you're not familiar with that, don't worry—your system may need multiple updates first, one for the BIOS and then again for the Intel ME.

I believe I'm fine. After installing the three updates in the order they came, I should keep in mind that I don't know the exact version I was on before.
