Consider looking inside Libraries and seeing the folder structure in your file explorer. On my DSL 1gb flash drive, files typically have names such as "boot."

Open Lubuntu, locate the disk they use, determine the partition size and swap size. Return to Windows and remove partitions matching Lubuntu's size and the swap partition. This information can be accessed via GParted in Lubuntu.
