I can walk you through the process of overclocking your CPU and GPU. I’d like to do it myself, but I have a strong concern that I might damage my whole PC. All my components are currently at stock settings, and I haven’t made any changes yet. Here are your specs:

Intel Core i5 4960k
EVGA SUPERNOVA 750 B1 80 PLUS BRONZE CERTIFIED 750W POWER SUPPLY 135MM FAN
MSI Radeon r9 390 gaming 8G
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8 GB RAM
Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD
Asus z97-a/USB 3.1 motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 1TB hard drive

Please let me know if you need further guidance.

No aftermarket CPU cooler available, so I won't overclock it until you find one. All overclocking is a trial and error process, so I can't really assist with the video card. However, if you had a good cooler, I could suggest some basic processor settings.
