They brought someone over to inspect it. It seemed like a memory problem because it would freeze when idle and sometimes crashed during boot. When they removed a stick, it wouldn’t start, but the other one worked fine. During Windows setup, the first stick failed again. I’m planning to return the RAM and get a new one. If that doesn’t fix it, I’ll try cheaper RAM to check if the issue is with the type or the hardware itself.

Absolutely, that's correct. It's more challenging to fix hardware issues when you can't disassemble the components. Please inform us of any progress following the RMA.
