I'm wondering if I might have made an error, but what could be the point of creating a Windows 10 USB flash drive with 16GB just in case it matters?

Use the Windows USB/DVD download utility, choose USB mode, and finish. If you have a cracked Windows, you’ll need to create your own bootable USB drive.

Obtain .ISO files from another location or install a browser extension that tricks the MS website into believing your system isn’t Windows. After that, use Rufus to create a bootable USB drive.
