I recently created a loop and it has a leak. I'm using EK HDC fittings. Here are some photos of the setup: https://imgur.com/a/L8RSS. I'm not sure how to post a video of the leak since I only have a phone. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It seems there are multiple leaks at the mounting points. Ensure the fasteners are secure and swap them if needed.

These connectors include washers and need minimal tightening for a good seal. If the washers were there, everything should be snug but leaks persist, it might mean you tightened too much and damaged them.
