Was inquired today about acquiring a printer for someone in three days.
It should be straightforward to swap cartridges and allow self-service.
What is your printer budget? Which country do you come from?
USA – they indicated an expected spend of $300, though I’m uncertain if that aligns with their requirements.
No specific preferred brands were mentioned.
Brands Not Preferred – no reasons provided.
Printing volume: approximately one page per day, only when necessary; usage frequency is unpredictable but not daily.
Additional functions like scanning, copying, or faxing aren’t required.
Recommended online retailers include Newegg and Tiger Direct, but the preferred physical store is Best Buy.
WiFi capability is desired.
Color printing is preferred.
Current ink/toner expenses are unclear.
Documents printed are not typically high quality or resolution-focused.

This appears to be suitable for both personal and semi-professional purposes.

Thank you for the recommendation.
Personal update: I searched today but found it unavailable, even as a floor model.
I ended up choosing this alternative.

Appreciate the attempt!

I own an inkjet printer, which is actually a versatile machine, but I only print a little. In my view, the main issue is with the inkjet technology—it’s quite costly and inefficient.
I mostly rely on the scanner function.
