I have a bootable usb for Linux, but when I try and boot from it my PC freezes on Verifying Dmi pool data. I have tried it on different sized pendrives, both Ubuntu desktop and server. I can boot from a disk but don't really want to have to. It is an older PC using the award BIOS and a 250gb ide drive plugged in. Thanks Fraser
