For Ryzen processors, the optimal method to maximize performance is by lowering power and thermal constraints while reducing voltage, enabling the CPU to operate at higher clock speeds. For instance, with my 5600G, I set PBO to "Advanced" and adjusted sub-settings to "auto" or "motherboard" with a negative offset of 25 for the all-core setting. This yields a notable performance increase and was straightforward to configure. RAM overclocking often requires a detailed approach. Below is a simplified guide to begin: create a memtest86 bootable USB, verify your RAM under standard XMP configurations, gradually raise speed in tiny voltage or timing increments while monitoring for errors.
