Are you planning to perform any CPU overclocking? If not, consider using a non-K SKU with a B660 or H670 motherboard, as these still allow DRAM/Memory overclocking. Regarding the case, do you have the standard 4000D model or the Airflow variant? You're aiming for the Airflow version. The PCI-E lanes are not a concern; they originate from the CPU. There are 16 PCI-E lanes directed to the top PCI-E slot (graphics card slot), with an additional 4 lanes allocated for storage, such as an M.2 NVMe SSD.
