For some time now, I've been evaluating a replacement for my graphics card. I'm leaning towards either the RTX 5070 or the Radeon 9070. In my opinion, the latter is the better option overall, mainly due to its slightly improved rasterization speed and better performance in games such as CS2 and COD, along with more VRAM capacity. Still, I'm not sure which model to choose and what factors should guide my decision.
At the moment, I own a Radeon 5700xt saaphire pulse. It hasn't had major issues, but recently I upgraded to a larger case, so I want to ensure the available space isn't wasted.
I also need to consider the price, as some versions can differ by several hundred dollars. Still, with so many models available, even the most expensive ones don't bring me much closer to a final decision.
Currently, prices in my area are around 1 dollar equating to about 3.7 zloty.
You should consider three fans that look appealing, but it's important to note that some GPUs have a risky or faulty power connector that should be avoided.
I believe I'll choose the xfx quicksilver; it lacks RGB options, appears neat, and its size should comfortably fit my case.
Purchase the model you prefer the most or the one with the lowest price. The performance variations are minimal and you won’t notice any FPS changes while playing games, as FPS tends to vary (just like Nvidia cards) across different games unless you set a fixed FPS value. I generally aim to buy equipment that matches my needs at the lowest cost and includes the longest warranty possible.
