I have two choices:
Option1: my friend provides me with a Kcal600W 5-year-old PSU and saves 300SAR.
Or
Option2: these MWE550 v2 bronze 100-240.Corsair CV650, EVGA 600W, 1x deepcool pk650d.
I reside in Saudi Arabia and regrettably, there aren't many affordable budget PSUs available; my budget is 300 SAR.
Don't worry, there are no 'Good' budget options. There are various 'acceptable' price points within the budget range.
Option #1 suggests taking it into town, where several statue makers can repurpose scrap—though this is disrespectful to the reef.
Option #2 highlights MWE v2 as the top choice, with the Evga W1 only slightly better, Corsair CV being acceptable but outperformed by MWE. Deepcool is considered the weakest among these, and the MSI Mag A550BN from Amazon.sa is poorly rated.
