I've been attempting to forward ports for a while, especially for a Minecraft server, but the standard router settings aren't functioning. Firewall rules don't help either. The only workaround is using Utorrent to set the port as the connection port, which works but only allows one port and isn't suitable for a local file server. Could there be something I'm missing with my ZTE zhxn h267a v1?

Have you spoken with your ISP? Some mention restrictions on what you can achieve with Port Forwarding. If you meet the following: The right IP Address, the proper port (TCP, UDP or both) configured correctly, and you’re not using Double NAT in most cases—these are typically the main requirements for successful Port Forwarding.

The guides on your ISP's site suggest you can forward ports on other routers, implying it might not be restricted. Here’s a snapshot of your settings.

Have you confirmed there isn't a double NAT in effect?

It seems unclear what you're referring to. Could you provide more details or clarify your question?

Server or router firewall settings? You must permit the necessary ports on the Minecraft server. For Windows see https://www.google.com/amp/s/ For Linux/Ubuntu check https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecen...amples.htm

Based on the image shared, include your public IP address for the WAN connection. The link provided shows the setup details.

The "WAN Connection" isn't visible in your case even though it appears as PPPoe in the screenshot. This inconsistency might be due to differences in how the settings are displayed or configured.

As instructed, I entered my public IP address, but it remains unresponsive.
