Hi everyone, I'm trying to achieve a specific setup and need some guidance on whether it's possible and what gear would be required.
I have a desktop PC equipped with a Dell GForce GTX960 and two monitors (one DVI, one HDMI). The keyboard and mouse are connected via USB.
I'm interested in connecting my work laptop to a dock on the desk so that I can switch monitors, keyboard, and mouse to connect to the laptop instead.
I understand a USB-C dock could be a good starting point, but I'm curious about using a KVM or finding a dock with built-in KVM functionality.
My laptop is an HP Elitebook 840 and I'm based in the UK.
