The i7-2600 performs less efficiently compared to the R3 1200 AF. The processor is nearly ten years old and uses DDR3 RAM. To improve performance, the most practical solution is installing dual-channel memory for the Ryzen, as recommended by @ Fasauceome. Consider swapping your 8GB module for a 2x4GB package or adding another 8GB stick. You could also attempt to overclock the Ryzen to extract additional speed. The R3 1200 AF can handle over 60fps in games like Overwatch and GTA V.
