There is a pin all the way down on the bottom corner that isn’t there, anyone know what’s it responsible for and can it still run

Sorry this occurred. I received my 5600x from Newegg with bent pins everywhere. I had to use an exacto knife to fix them.

Will it function? Is there a method to reinsert the pin, as the legend indicates critical stops for the CPU and mine are absent?

I mean you can try, but I'm not held accountable if something breaks or shorts out. It may or may not happen. Could get lucky like Linus and it be a redundant pin.

I see what you're referring to. The diagram likely shows the AZ_BITCLK pin, which is probably labeled "Azalia HD Audio Interface Bit Clock." It's possible the image is incomplete.

I checked the Google Doc Spreadsheet and saw Dijky's comment on the Reddit thread. Without the AZ_BITCLK pin, the motherboard audio won't function.
