It really bothered me that I could only locate 27-inch panels initially when searching for a monitor.
I did some research and it looks like this monitor is quite great, so I’ll add it to my list!

I've continued researching and keep hearing that 1080p is the top choice when focusing on competitive play. Since I'm used to this resolution, I'll stick with it! I discovered an affordable monitor with good reviews – 1080p IPS, 280hz, 0.5 ms, 24.5 inch. Would you mind checking it out and letting me know if it looks suitable? If so, I might consider buying a second one later to have matching monitors. Should I adjust the refresh rate of the second monitor to around 120 or keep it the same? There are differing opinions on this.

It's tough to locate a solid review for that display, but it seems to function well. Check if the screen refreshes at 280 and 140 Hz.

So just a few days before receiving the holiday pay and placing the order, I decided to play some POE. For the first time, I had to rollback and adjust my NVidia Drivers. I might consider buying the 7900xt, though I'll need to weigh the pros and cons, but it seems like a possibility. The software for it is reportedly much better and the price is also attractive. What model would you recommend?

I've seen some reviews and two big caviats that keep popping up—Coil Whine and High Temperature. Now I'm not very familiar with hardware, but Temperature and Noise are important to me. Are these problems really big? I get PTSD from my 1060 reaching 100°C in Witcher 3
😳
(No airflow and terrible cable management, of course)
I wouldn't mind spending a bit more for better improvements in those areas!
Thanks again for your help

Temps will be 85c and under unless you got lots of dust build up or a dead GPU fan. As far as coil whine is concerned, that can happen to any graphics card made by any manufacturer, it comes down to luck.

Are there any options to modify your original message? Some changes have been made, and I will place an order today!
Changed the monitor. The claimed response time proved to be a scam after deeper investigation—it actually promised up to 7.5ms in reviews.
