I was thinking about using this ATX case, so I discovered an ATX from 2011. I began assembling it, and noticed the Xeon 2680 v1 has eight cores at a minimum price of $40. The v2 model offers ten cores. I intend to overclock them since servers typically generate minimal heat. It will be a dual socket setup, likely paired with a Noctua cooler. My goal is to power through intense light gaming and 3D design projects for my dad’s work.

I was thinking about using this ATX case and discovered an ATX motherboard from 2011. I began assembling it, learning that the Xeon 2680 v1 has eight cores and costs around $40, while the v2 offers ten cores. I intend to overclock them since servers typically generate minimal heat. The system uses a dual socket design, which should pair well with a Noctua cooler. My goal is to power through intense light gaming sessions, and I’m excited about the 3D design for my dad’s project.
