Which provider is it? Most ISPs typically provide a fact sheet with your username and sometimes password for login. The same credentials are often used across websites, though some ISPs may have unique endings to their username like

You haven’t stored the credentials for LastPass or KeepAsso, nor did you back up your router settings prior to the reset.

It's tough, man... I haven't experienced this much lately, but it happened before. Now I always save my login info to LastPass and KeepPass, plus back up my router settings before making any changes. Think you'll manage without that?
