I’m not entirely sure how to use the multimeter to check for abnormal behavior. It’s also quite small, making it tough to get accurate readings with the probes. The photo appears to show a 3070 Ti 12i AFXT, though I’m not completely confident about that identification. Is this defective IC itself, or just one of the resistors or capacitors nearby?
