I faced an issue recently. When a call came in, the main speaker failed to work, though the top speaker managed to keep the call going. Eventually, when the call ended, no sound was produced anywhere. It kept displaying errors like "cannot play sound files" and "file format not supported." After resetting the device, re-downloading, and updating the firmware, the problem persisted. I tried entering safe mode, which worked for ringtone files, but once restarted, it stopped functioning entirely. I’m at a loss and need help.
