I was planning to purchase the Ryzen 3200G for building an affordable office computer. I only noticed a few motherboards, like the B450 MAX from MSI, priced around $100 USD that come pre-installed with it. It seems like spending that much for this chip is a bit excessive. Can anyone help me find a more budget-friendly B450 board that supports the Ryzen 3000 out of the box?

I noticed some B450 models priced around 65 USD, but I’m not sure if they include the chip out of the box.

Boards are expected to get firmware updates for the 3200G. I own one in my home office, which I assembled at the end of last year. It works perfectly with the most affordable motherboard. If you have time, you can reach out to the retailer to confirm when they got the board and compare it to the manufacturer’s release dates on their site.
