You're experiencing issues with your Ryzen 5 3600 setup on an x570+ board. Your RAM is a Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600MHz, but the system is locking you into safe mode at 3400MHz or 3600MHz. You've already adjusted to 3000MHz and it works, so consider checking if your motherboard supports higher frequencies for that specific RAM model. Also, ensure your BIOS is updated and verify that the RAM is properly recognized. If the problem persists, contact Corsair support or consult your motherboard's documentation for compatibility details.

Looking up the X570 Plus model on the manufacturer’s site is a good first step, then explore user reviews online. Checking for BIOS updates can be helpful, but if you don’t find any, revisit the manufacturer’s page. You might also see what other customers are experiencing.

I own an ASUS TUF gaming X570 Plus. I’m a bit new to tech, so I’m worried I might make a mistake if I try to adjust things. Appreciate your help!

You're asking if DOSCP/XMP is being configured automatically or if you're adjusting the RAM speed manually.

I first adjusted the frequency manually at 3600mhz, but it only triggered safe mode on my PC. The same occurred when I tried 3400mhz. Setting it to 3000mhz worked well. I haven’t tried enabling DOCP yet. Probably because I’m not very confident about these settings and I’m not very tech-savvy...
