Your system is using a 15-9600K with 16GB Corsair 3000 memory. The RAM is only showing 2166MHz, but when you switch to 3000MHz it causes crashes at startup. You should check the motherboard manual for compatibility and consider updating your BIOS or using a different RAM speed if possible.

activate XMP without manual adjustments, please share your complete specifications. test with one stick initially, then switch to both. verify the VCC/VCCSA levels. consider setting the value to 1.1.
