//imgur.com/d7FS0c8 – not my own, just an example). I’ve watched YouTube tutorials to try fixes, but they didn’t help. This problem has occurred on other PCs too, yet they all worked. My SSD is fine and appears in BIOS, but not in the Windows setup. For Linux Mint it will be temporary until I fix it, but I really need your assistance here—it’s my last resort. (I can send you actual photos if you’d like.)

Are you setting this up through a USB drive? Checking if you connect it to the motherboard resolved my problem a while back. Maybe a helpful tip from a Redditor on the web > IllusionX 7 years ago could work too. If you're using a USB stick, when you hit that error, shut everything down until you reach the install window, then unplug the stick and try another port. Install normally afterward.

Start with the BIOS, restore it to the original settings, then configure the USB as the main boot device. Use Rufus to create a bootable USB and enable older BIOS partitions—this could assist. Ensure you're using a reliable USB drive. As a final step, consider installing another OS if your current one appears damaged.

Sure, I've tried that before, but it didn't solve the problem.

Issue seems related to BIOS configurations. Attempt to restore BIOS settings by removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard and reinserting it.

It seems like an unforeseen issue has arisen, and despite everything, it’s functioning now. The challenge I faced is this.

It now functions properly after some adjustments in the command prompt. I noticed your message even though it was already resolved. Your feedback is really valuable and made a difference. (I saw this while writing, but it didn’t work before.) Appreciate your support! Esukunzu off-
