The board is being lowered because MSI's X570 models generally perform poorly. Better alternatives like the Steel Legend or Asus Prime P offer much better results.
It will take a long time for them to reach me, that's the main issue.
Choose an Asus Prime P, Asus TuF, or ASRock Pro4. Any other X570 board works well in several aspects.
I wouldn't go for the MSI X570 entry level MoBo. My setup uses an Asus Prime-P (around 180€) and it performs great. Other models like Gigabyte Aorus Elite, Asus TuF Gaming or Asrocks don't have any bad reviews.
