I need assistance getting my Minecraft server up and running again. It seems switching to Windows 10 disrupted the setup from before, which involved a lot of trial and error. Instead of revisiting those steps, I decided to re-download the software to test it. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. Perhaps now is a better time to go through the proper process and ensure everything is correct. If you have a few minutes, I’ll get back to you quickly. The issue I’m encountering is similar to the one with Eula—changing it to true causes the server to open and close rapidly. I’ve updated Eula but still face the same problem. What do you think?

You can obtain a free domain name using a simple tool. A small program installed on your computer automatically updates the domain whenever your IP address changes. This ensures the domain always points to your PC, so you don’t have to worry about IP fluctuations.

He needs only to ensure his computer runs a fixed IP address rather than a changing one. This avoids the need to forward ports for various local IPs.

Curious about why spawning doesn’t occur at the expected location during hosting. Is there a server setting you should adjust, and where can I find more details? Thanks!

This level of control isn’t available on your PC directly. You’d need to adjust it through your router’s settings.

It's configured through your router's configuration. As long as the network you're using to link to the router stays consistent, your local IP address will remain unchanged. (Provided you've assigned a static IP to the NIC's MAC address)

You can adjust the spawn location yourself by using the /setworldspawn command, which lets you place the starting point wherever you prefer.
