I have a pretty shit laptop Intel® Core™ i3-7100U CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2400 MHz 8gb 2133 Mhz SODIMM I'm wondering if its worth it to buy another 8gb ram stick, cause i have another slot available. I would like to here from someone with a bit more experience/knowlage. Seeing forward to an awnser!

It varies based on your use case. Using dual channel can improve performance for certain tasks, and since Windows tends to struggle with RAM, adding more helps a lot.

Is the laptop equipped with an SSD or HDD? If it's HDD, switching to SSTO would significantly enhance everyday performance. Regarding RAM, what percentage does Task Manager indicate you're utilizing? You might not need to upgrade to 16GB.
