your rx5500 is completely unresponsive after recent changes. you replaced the motherboard and CPU but still faced issues with cooling and functionality. the exhaust fan didn’t help, an incompatible CPU fan worked briefly before overheating, and moving everything back to the old setup didn’t resolve it. i’m unsure if esd damage was the cause or if there’s any chance to fix it. please let me know what you should do next!

I used a new basement carpet and since there wasn’t space on the table, I placed it on the floor instead.
