He continues to speed up more and more. I turned off the PC at that point, usually just wanted to check if anyone has experienced this problem—it was an old Lenovo motherboard with an LGA 1155 socket. After cleaning the PC and putting everything back, it happened again, and I suspect something went wrong during the process. The CPU cooler seems to be accelerating without any clear cause. I tried recording the issue, but it doesn’t appear obvious.

Jesus Christ, take out the old thermal paste and put in fresh one. Don't use the same thermal paste again.
