I was attempting to boost my Core i7 3930K performance, but the BIOS reset forced me back to defaults. Now it shows only six threads on a 12-thread processor, making it slower than before—despite the speed jump from 3.2GHz to 3.8GHz. How can I restore my thread count? Also, I’m using CPU-Z to monitor my threads.

It's a 6-core, 12-thread CPU with stock performance. You should re-overclock it to match your previous speeds. Note: I missed the original post.

It seems the instructions were a bit unclear. I should have mentioned how to view that kind of validation without uploading it to HWBot, but it looks like that option isn't available. Check the "About" section and export the report as .TXT or .HTML for standard reading.
