Played Apex Legends for a while now, limited my FPS to 140 due to screen tearing. I believe performance drops below 140fps cause a choppy feel, especially when moving the camera and aiming. I suspect an issue with my GPU, as I want consistent smooth gameplay at 1080p all the time. It's not smooth at all. I've tried many fixes but still experience roughness around 80-90Hz in certain areas.

Make sure v-sync is turned off if it's active. I remember this issue with Black Ops 3 a long time ago—once I disabled it, the flickering and screen tearing went away.
