Hey there! I’m a teenager with a PC, and I’ve been playing games on it for three years now. This was my first gaming rig that I really enjoy. But after a while, my frame rate dropped a lot. I just got a new monitor—probably an AOC model, but I don’t know the exact specs. I thought it would help my gaming, but after a day of use, my FPS went from around 155 to just 40. I’m confused about what to do and don’t know how to fix it. I tried changing my GeForce settings, but only added a few fps and the drops kept happening. I have these parts: RTX 3060, Intel i5 10400F, 16GB RAM, Kingston SNVS500G, and Gigabyte H410 H v3 motherboard. I’m really hoping someone can give me some advice. Any tips would be super helpful!

Check if VSync is active in your games and turn it off if needed.

It's available: incorporate a 3D element, it isn't missing

No, disabling gsync doesn't resolve the issue.

The exact RAM amount and its speed are not specified. The PSU model is not mentioned, nor is confirmation about whether the 3060 is the first GPU after OS installation.

The system is a Kingston 99U5734-036.A00G 209727F3 running at 2666Mhz. The PSU is Seasonic, and the input voltage ranges from 110 to 240VAC. No changes have been made to my PC.
