Hi, I see the issue you're facing. It seems the Sound Mixer isn't behaving as expected. When adjusting the volume for Comms, Windows boosts the overall level instead of just the mic, which might be why your friend's mic sounds too quiet. You might need to tweak how you're using the mixer or check if there are any settings affecting the Overwatch audio. Let me know if you'd like help with that! Thanks in advance.

Move the Razer Comms slider to your preferred position and reduce the volume controls for all other apps—adjust each one separately.

Follow the advice given by @evilarceus or avoid using Razer Comms and Skype, as both have led to issues with volume control. Discord Chat has become my preferred option. TeamSpeak works too, though its interface isn't very user-friendly.

Just made those adjustments—everything matched except communications, which I boosted. Overwatch stays louder, though. Thanks for thinking about moving to Discord. Can you confirm if there’s still good control over mic levels to handle very quiet ones?

Adjust each user's settings from 0% to 200%, with 100% as the standard level. It's unclear how effectively this will enhance each person's microphone quality on Windows, as the system operates independently.
